The second floor has nice wide hallways, a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bath, 3 nice sized bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a laundry room. The third floor features a large movie/family room with a ceiling mounted projector, a large screen on the wall, reclining seats, surround sound speakers, and an audio system with hooks-up for gaming systems. The third floor also features a full bath, and closet space. The basement has access to the tuck under two car garage, a second fridge, and decent storage space. The house comes with the third floor fully furnished (for maximum movie enjoyment), TVs in the living room and bedroom, and dinning room set. There is also a spacious side yard available for children to play and enjoy being outside.

This home is conveniently located near Washington University, St. Mary's Hospital, Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo and Science Center, highway 64, interstate 170 and much more.
