Unsafe. The building door is left unlocked throughout the day, frequently not locked at night. People are constantly walking onto the elevator with you who do not live there and click the floor they want to go to after you scan your key that allows floor selection. Multiple instances of theft and break-ins, lack of security, cameras are there for your convenience to watch the theft or break in after the fact.I would never live here again due to the danger.

I’ve been at Ceylon for a few months now, and it’s truly exceeded my expectations. The building’s modern layout, coupled with attention to detail in each apartment, creates a comfortable and inviting living space. My unit has high ceilings, a roomy kitchen, and plenty of storage—features that can be surprisingly hard to find in city apartments. Plus, having secure access and prompt maintenance service gives me extra peace of mind. One of the best parts about Ceylon is the responsive and personable management. Ashley, the property manager, has been a joy to work with. From the initial leasing questions to the final paperwork, she handled everything with warmth, patience, and professionalism. She’s prompt with email replies and goes out of her way to make each resident’s experience positive—whether that’s arranging a tour for a friend, updating me on community events, or just making sure any issues are addressed quickly. It’s clear that she and the entire team at Ceylon care deeply about fostering a genuine sense of community here. If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and top-notch service, Ceylon should definitely be at the top of your list.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Ceylon from the very start. The building is modern, well-designed, and located in a prime spot close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. My unit itself is spacious with great natural light, and the communal amenities—like the fitness center and lounge areas—are well-maintained and really add to the quality of life here. What truly makes Ceylon stand out, however, is the management team. Ashley, the property manager, is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Whether it’s answering questions about the lease, helping with maintenance requests, or simply giving tips on the neighborhood, she goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and cared for. She’s always quick to respond to emails and often checks in personally to see how I’m doing. Finding a place where the management genuinely cares about the residents is rare, and it makes a huge difference. I highly recommend Ceylon to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed community in Clayton!

I have been living in Ceylon for two years now. Here is my personal experience. Ceylon is a very cozy apartment, and the office staff prepare parties and decorate the entire apartment for everyone during each festival. They make the entire apartment full of a festive atmosphere. The surrounding area of the apartment is very safe, with police and fire stations nearby and many restaurants within walking distance. The entrance and parking spaces of the garage are very large, and parking is very convenient, and sometimes guests can also park. The room has excellent sound insulation and many public activity areas. The apartment is also very friendly to pets and has pet activity areas. In short, I think this is the most perfect apartment in St. Louis!
