Truly a five-star HVAC experience if your goal is to learn the philosophical meaning of the word “completed.”
I submitted an HVAC maintenance request on 3/21 because my AC was not working at all and was also extremely loud. On 3/23, the work order was marked “completed.” Naturally, I came home expecting a repaired HVAC system. Instead, I found a small portable AC unit in my apartment.
At first, I genuinely wondered whether I had misunderstood the English meaning of “completed,” so I texted to ask. A maintenance staff member later came to my unit and explained that although the system showed “completed,” they had left a note. I told him I never saw any note and had assumed this portable unit was apparently their definition of a completed repair. He then told me the actual HVAC would be fixed the following week.
That was over a month ago.
Since then, no one has actually repaired the HVAC. I followed up again and was later told that it was supposed to be replaced last week, but again, there has been no real resolution.
So for anyone considering living here, this is what “maintenance support” looked like for me: during warmer days, my apartment became so hot that I had to hide in my bedroom with the portable AC, because it was not powerful enough to cool the living room. Of course, the portable unit was also very loud, so my sleep was affected too. And during the colder days, when temperatures dropped close to freezing, I ended up opening the oven door for heat just to get through it.
So yes, if you enjoy vague timelines, mysteriously completed work orders, and the opportunity to experience all four seasons indoors, this may be the place for you.

Excellent Tour & Great Lofts The tour was great! I lobe that the lofts were very clean and they have all of amenities you would want. Cant wait to become a resident!!! This is the only place that would make me relocate from Illinois to St Louis!
