This cozy studio apartment is located directly on the Washington University School of Medicine campus, just a 30-second walk to Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Becker Medical Library, making it an unbeatable location for anyone studying or working nearby.... You’ll be just a 2-minute walk to Forest Park, under a 15-minute walk to The Grove, less than a 20-minute walk to Whole Foods Market, a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station, and about a 10-minute drive to Washington University’s Danforth Campus. Costco and Sam’s Club are about a 12-minute drive away!

I am a grad student that is going away on a clinical rotation until January 2027, so you’ll pretty much have everything you need in this apartment that you could think of. The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, all utilities included (electricity, Wi-Fi, flatscreen TV, and central AC/heat), and comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed and Tempur-Pedic mattress, a desk with storage, and a chest of drawers, along with a closet and multiple storage boxes for additional organization. The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, wooden cutting board, silverware, a colander, slow cooker, rice cooker, knives, a fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, Tupperware, and more—feel free to ask if you’re wondering about anything specific. Cleaning supplies, a vacuum, and shower essentials (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided as well. There are 2 trash cans in my apartment and the trash collection room is in the same hallway, about 2 doors down (very convenient!). Other miscellaneous items include an iron, lamp, speaker, re-usable tote bags and grocery bins for your groceries, pickleball set, mini cooler, umbrella, extension cords, etc.

The apartment features hardwood floors, blackout curtains, and two large windows, creating a comfortable and quiet living space ideal for residents, graduate students, post-docs, or anyone wanting to come to St. Louis.
