Dorchester is a 23-story luxury apartment rental community between Forest Park and the DeMun Neighborhood.
Forest Park is the ideal setting for an active lifestyle, with six miles of paths for joggers, hikers, bikers, and rollerbladers. Demun is... an upscale area of the Clayton neighborhood filled with cute shops and restaurants, like Kaldi's Coffee.
Our residents include Washington University graduate students, professionals in the Clayton Financial District, artists, and others. Dorchester is a very friendly place to live, so be prepared to say hello to neighbors when you attend monthly events or hang out in the game room, the resident lounge, or the gym.
The apartments are in excellent condition, and our onsite service team can assist you seven days a week.
Stay away- the incompetence of management and lack of maintenance of the building make The Dorchester a horrific place to call home. The boiler is broken on a weekly basis leaving residents consistently without heat. Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere!

Noisy neighbors upstair
I have moved in Dorchester for more than one year. I am at 18th level in the building. But my upstair neighbor are making loud noise nearly every single day. I have complaint about this many times. But nothing stops. I don't know how to deal with the noise here. It is ridiculous and disturbing.
The front desk tells me it is maintainance people doing work. But I don't understand what kind of work requires a whole year's time. As a resident, I feel terrible living here, purely due to the noise from neighbors.
