I love the community. It is a quiet and has friendly neighbors and i love the amenities and how centrally located we are to everything. I cant wait to explore!

Leasing staff has been wonderful and made the whole transition smooth. The maintenance staff needs to amp up and live up to the standards and ensure all hallways and common areas and grounds are kept clean.
I’m still waiting on few things to be fixed post move in which were supposed to be inspected prior.

Multiple plumbing issues that took forever for them to fix, otherwise it’s alright. Complex it’s self is kinda run down needs lots of updates.

So far we had a great move in and maintenance was quick on the request but I guess with refurbished apartments, minor things will stick out like a sore thumb and we’re working with the leasing office to get them solved due to it being a reoccurring problem but the water pressure is low!
