The community and staff are great. Maintenance responds within 24 hours . The office staff are very friendly and understanding. I love the events they throw for the residents

Sinks are always backed up which leaves your home smelling like 10 dead bodies very quiet community but appliances inside the units could be better.

Not the best place to live. When moving in, it looked like our unit was not even looked at or fixed. One of the maintenance men urinated on our toilet seat and left it like that. There was black mold underneath the bathroom sink and kitchen sink and on the wall in the living room. The kitchen sink pipes were leaking. The bathroom sink detached from the wall and was being held together by paint. We were just constantly having problems after problems.

I love living over here very quiet not much traffic the leasing office staff is very nice. I would highly recommend somebody living over here.

I love the peaceful environment and of course the area. My family and I feel much safer on this side of town and trust I have lived in area that wasn’t the best.
