Management is really nice and does events pretty regularly. We had a popcorn bar today and I talked to the office while I ate 4 bags. (Please don't judge me). The staff is really nice, and the location is perfect. I walk to work every day.

Metropolitan Flats is fantastic! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire leasing process a breeze. Their warm welcome and genuine care for residents make it feel like home from day one. Highly recommended! I'm excited to keep living here for another year.

I have loved living in the metro flats this year! The management and staff have been great! Very accommodating, helpful, and kind. Anytime I have had a maintenance request it has been fulfilled within hours of submitting the form, which has been much quicker than anywhere else I’ve lived in St. Louis. The location is great for anyone who works at Barnes, as well as being close to the freeway to get anywhere in the city. The central west end where it’s located has lots of food options and things... to do nearby. The management also sets up different events for residence which has been awesome to get to know other young professionals in the city.

I love living at Metro Flats! The staff are so friendly and quick to help whenever I need it. Best perks - indoor gym and coffee machine!

Walls are thin, windows are not insulated

The management is nice, the gym is good and there are socializing events. BUT, there's too much noise in the building, the walls are so thin that you hear the elevator doors closing all the way from the end of the hall. The windows are NOT insulated, you hear all the noise from outside, and in the winters you need to have the heater on at all times and still it is not warm enough. Don't come here if don't want to wake up in the middle of the night because the neighbor closed their door.
