Halls smell like weed 24/7, apartments reek of cigarette smoke from residents smoking in the bldg and it coming through the duct work. Flooding, mold, filthy carpets, broken elevators, broken treadmills broken everything including door locks ie no security

Amenities are good. Very noisy neighbors that blare their music at all hours. Safe neighborhood with secure parking. Good location with many things to do.

Love it, super clean and everyone is nice here! The pool is smaller but is always warm and nice. Love the pool table we have in the lounge and the gym!

Friendly and welcoming. Really enjoy being around my neighbors and being able to learn more about the city of St.Louis. Seeing how I am new to the area I really enjoy being able to ask questions and finding different activities.
