House is fully furnished including desks, bed frames, sofas, dinner table/chairs, chest drawers, lamps and most furniture you need to facilitate your studies and enjoy a comfortable living.

Looking for two neat serious organized professionals/doctors/PhDs/students to lease this very comfortable and secure setting opportunity.

Two-story 9+ foot ceilings all-brick house with storm windows and hardwood floors throughout the entire house (no carpet anywhere), stain glass windows, built in bookcases, fully furnished, updated Burnham radiation heat system and UNICO central cold air conditioning. Wood burning chimney.

The entire house is being leased with the exception of the blue room shown on pictures. I am living out of the country (international work assignment) but the entire house runs automatic -just regulate temperature for an efficient use of facilities-. That is all.

Two large bright bedrooms with full-door step-in closets with ladders plus one sun-room or study room with French-doors and panoramic view to rear patio. Brand new beds. Again, rental excludes the blue bedroom shown on pictures.

House features a formal six-people dining room and open-floor living space. If you have lived in Europe, this is the right house for you. Travel to downtown special events, shopping centers (including Galleria, Walmart, etc.) and the airport without needing to drive and look/pay for parking, or requiring friends to pick you up, etc. House is within walking distance to theaters, COCA performances, Symphony Hall, numerous coffee/breakfast/dining restaurants. There is no need to drive while living in this house.

Monthly rent is $1,800/month plus gas, electric and sewer utilities based on actual usage.

For utilities’ bills, actual consumption is added to monthly rent. You received original paper bills via USPS directly to the house.
Tenants pays for electricity, gas and sewer "actual" monthly bill consumption. Internet is separate.
I pay for all outside maintenance, water, trash, and all related municipality and neighborhood fees.
You are not responsible for any outside maintenance or gardening.

There is no subletting (mandatory per Government regulation, due to a City Ordinance Occupancy permit)

Ceiling fans, large bright rooms and tall ceilings make this house energy efficient. You receive via Postal Mail electricity and gas original monthly paper bills. Utilities' total will be added to monthly rent so there is no need for you to registry utilities, pay registration fees for setting up services under your name, etc. One month rent deposit is required.

House is maintenance free. Just adjust the temperature for proper lower consumption of energy. That is all. Everything else runs automatic.

Application process requires your parents to pre-approve the leasing contract and to be involved during the review of the leasing contract.
In consideration with other teams interested on leasing the house, the house will be shown only to the "entire" team who is signing the contract. By the "entire" team, it means roommates who are actually living at the house need to be present during the showing date of the house.
