Apartment Description
Nestled between WashU, the Loop and Central West End sits the lovely neighborhood of DeBaliviere. Take in the mansions, old trees and chirping birds while you stroll thru the neighborhood. We are a short walk to hundreds of restaurants, stores and... shops. The Metro Link is four blocks away and will connect you to the rest of St. Louis.
The communication between management and those who live here is extremely poor. We call with problems and keep being told “we will call you back” but they never do. There was a fire in the building and management never even told us. Packages are just left on the steps of the building or even outside in the bushes. We received an email saying the building was getting a new set of locks and to grab new keys. That was back in November. Nothing has been updated.
