I am postdoctoral researcher at WashU (Danforth campus). I am moving out of St. Louis and will be subletting my apartment for the remained of my lease.

About the Unit:

This unit is on... the 20th floor of the building, and the personal balcony provides amazing views of the Clayton and St. Louis skyline (you can view the July 4th and New Year fireworks from the comfort of your home)! The room has a large living room, kitchen and bedroom. A bathroom with a bathtub is also provided. Furnishing such as sofa, dining table set, bed and frame, drawers, light fixtures, cooking utensils can also be included (price extra, to be negotiated). My current internet connection with AT&T ($60/month) can also be transferred.

Dorchester is a 23-story luxury apartment rental community between Forest Park and the DeMun Neighborhood.

Forest Park is the ideal setting for an active lifestyle, with six miles of paths for joggers, hikers, bikers, and rollerbladers. Demun is an upscale area of the Clayton neighborhood filled with cute shops and restaurants, like Kaldi's Coffee, Sasha Wine Bar, Clementine Icecream, and the Italian Restaurant Louie in walking distance.

The apartments are in excellent condition, and there is reception desk which is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This provides safety, as well as quick response times for any issues you may have during your stay.

The apartment has a very convenient trash chute in the building, so no need to go outside the apartment to throw out your trash (very imperfect in the harsh St. Louis winter!). Basement also provides plenty of washer and dryer units, payable by phone (special app required).

Dochester is especially attractive to students and staff at WashU as it is located a bit further from the bustle of University City, but still extremely close to (Danforth) campus. Specifically, WashU is 20 mins by walk and the South campus shuttle stop is also available right outside the entrance that should get you to campus in 10 minutes.
