First issue I had was trying to get information. I gave my email address three times, once over the phone, twice via the website and didn’t get a response. So I scheduled an in person tour and they weren’t expecting me. They took down my information, for the fourth time btw, and I finally got an email. I guess you have to show up to get a response. The second issue was the unit. The unit was barely clean and didn’t look ready for a viewing. I like 2B Residential’s properties but this one was... disappointing.

I applied and paid my money on Saturday. By Sunday, I was notified that my situation had changed. I left several messages and emails informing Ashley of this. No return calls. I called on Monday morning before the office opened. Finally, after calling back several times I reached Ashley who informed me she hadn't received any messages or emails and my account was pending. I requested they return my deposit (keep the $50 application fee). She didn't or wouldn't respond. Two days later, they took... the whole $350 from my account. They didn't work with me. I do not recommend this place.

They're definitely a good set of apartments, but not worth their cost. Living space and kitchen are very tiny. The parking is absolutely HORRENDOUS, I'm surprised more people aren't referencing the terrible parking conditions.. I get to walk a cold minute-2 from my car to apartment..

Great apartments, especially for the area. Quiet area that is close to SAFB, as well as St. Louis. Leasing team has been awesome and never hesitates to help. I'd Highly recommend this apartment.

It's been a pleasure living here the last 6 months; office staff is so friendly and easy to work with, maintenance responded to my one request within 24 hours, the neighbors are all quiet and friendly and the apartment is nicely sized and upgraded. Nice balcony and washer and dryer in unit. Fitness center available 24 hours. Only down side is there was a waiting list to get a garage. Highly recommend this complex!
