My experience living in this apartment has been extremely frustrating, mostly due to the management team. Over the past seven years, I’ve lived in various apartment communities, and unfortunately, the management here has been the most challenging to work with. Policies change without adequate communication, and fines are imposed for violations of these unclear policies. When concerns are raised about these issues, the response has sometimes included threats of additional charges. If you value... clear communication and a peaceful living environment, I would advise caution before choosing this location.

We had somewhat of a rough transition moving in last year, with lots of turnover among building management. But the staff that have been in charge for the past 6 months or so have been fantastic. They're super communicative and have instituted a lot of small changes that just make things run smoother. They're friendly, and maintenance staff are great too -- they always come within 1 business day of a service request.

Only live in this apartment if you enjoy being tortured in your sleep. I have been a happy resident for the past 4 months, but a clicking noise started behind my A/C 1 month ago. I have lost sleep every night and wake up at 4am unable to fall back asleep. I placed 3 maintenance requests, spoke to leasing office, and emailed corporate almost every day without any fix. Maintenance ignored my first request. I placed a 2nd maintenance request where they looked at my wall, then never came back after... 16 days. Now the 3rd request is trending down the same path. There were other maintenance issues that I listed on my move-in inspection that still have not been addressed to this day. I am miserable and it is starting to affect my work due to lack of sleep. I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

Living at 212 is amazing! The amenities and location can’t be beat. Rania is an awesome community manager and Torrey and the maintenance team have been so wonderful and helpful in getting me all settled in!

I searched all over St. Louis for an upscale apartment and found the perfect setup in the brand new high rise, Two Twelve Clayton. As an interior designer, I am particularly fond of the gray and white finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. I love how much natural light floods the entire space, so I hardly have to turn on lights during the day. My views are stunning, overlooking Shaw Park in one direction and all of downtown in the other direction. It's just a quick walk out the front door to... great shopping, dining and all the park has to offer. I have especially loved my 24 hour access to the state-of-the-art rooftop gym, pool (it has to be the most stunning pool deck in the city!) and public gathering spaces, so I can work out and relax on my own schedule. The whole staff has been super friendly and most helpful with my every need. I highly recommend Two Twelve Clayton to anyone who cares about quality, style and location.
