Con’s: •Not in the safest location (although has decent security/gated) •Management slow to respond (waited almost 2 months via e-mail) •Paper thin walls •Air Conditioning leaked water onto floor of apartment for 2.5 months before management finally took action. Band-aid fixes were done prior to actual repair (they didn’t work). •Did NOT give 24-hour notice before entering apartment as... stated in lease!!
