I have been looking for apartments for a while and stumbled upon this hidden gem and the experience while looking for the prefect apartments has been nothing short of amazing. Mrs Michelle and Mr. Jamal showed me so much grace while shopping for the prefect apartment. They showed me so many apartments until I found the prefect apartment for myself. Their level of patience and understanding was amazing I would consider myself a bit difficult and extremely hard to please however they exceeded my expectations with the apartment they showed me and I fell in love with the apartment. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment you should strongly consider this one. I enjoyed my apartment shopping experience

Outstanding Experience – Military Friendly and Professional
As an Active Duty service member who lived at Park Pacific Luxury Apartments for 36 months, I had an excellent experience overall. This property stands out for its professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine support for military residents.
Jamal, the property manager, was exceptional throughout my time there. When I received PCS orders on short notice, he worked with me immediately and provided flexibility with my move-out date. The entire transition process was handled within hours through direct communication, which made a stressful situation much easier.
Maintenance requests were consistently handled within 24 hours or less, and the team was always professional and efficient.
Security was one of the biggest highlights for me. The 24-hour surveillance system, indoor gated garage, and controlled access throughout the building provided peace of mind, especially during my frequent TDY assignments. The presence of door staff and a secure mailroom system further reinforced the safety of the property.
I highly recommend this complex to service members or anyone looking for a well-managed, secure, and responsive living environment. If I return to St. Louis, I would absolutely live here again.

Slipping Standards
I have lived here 5+ years and love the building and community but we are no longer luxury. The current management team has not maintain basic standards. Examples: general cleanliness of hallways, broken doors/keycards, horrible rent payment system transition, broken garage gates. You report the problems and they acknowledge them but it never gets fixed. Forget about the extra things that use to routinely happen (e.g., window washing, community events, garage attendant on site)

Love this place!
I love Park Pacific because I always feel safe and cared for! The staff is always so kind and ready to help me whenever I need it. They always make me and my doggie feel so at home and comfortable. The building is always so clean and that really shows how much the staff cares for us as residents. Thank you for all that you guys do for us each day!

Great for law students
I love Park Pacific for so many reasons. The proximity to school and everything downtown is so convenient, my apartment is spacious and has beautiful lighting and views, and you can’t beat the amenities here! This is the best downtown living in St. Louis.
