Windows leak like crazy when it rains; plumbing is a total disaster. Water gushes up from the ground in the bathroom and seeps through the walls. It took over FIVE MONTHS to get this mess even slightly fixed. The cheap wood tiles are a nightmare, pilling up all over the place; the maintenance guys are clueless. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you absolutely have to.

Location is very good and it is convenient to go to connect with 270 and 364 highway.

Supposedly renovated apartment, but multiple issues like loose bathroom fixtures, HVAC system faulty, flooring peeling off, nails in the carpet poking out, windows leak when it rains.
