Apartment Description
Welcome to La Maison, where modern living meets historic charm in the heart of the Tower Grove neighborhood. Each apartment home has been beautifully designed to maximize convenience and comfort. Unit finishes include stainless steel appliances,... quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, and high ceilings. Floor plans range from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes. Several floor plans feature loft-style apartment homes, a unique find in the Tower Grove neighborhood. Plus, some apartment homes feature original bookshelves and chalkboards, tying back to our historic roots as a prominent school building.
On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a food pantry next door with lots of needy and homeless people around the front of the building. There can be loud music playing by some tenants until midnight a few times per week. There can be loud people out front late at night.
The building is a remodeled grade school. The Apts have very large windows that go all the way to the ceiling which is nice. The kitchens and bathrooms are newer and the floor a very nice blonde narrow slat wood. The parking lot and building are both secure. Maintenance is pretty good.
If the noise was no so loud, I would have given it at least 4 stars...maybe 5.
