For utilities’ bills, actual consumption is added to monthly rent. You received original paper bills via USPS directly to the house. Tenants pays for electricity and gas "actual" monthly bill consumption. Internet is separate. I pay for all outside maintenance, water, trash, sewer, and all related municipality and neighborhood fees. You are not responsible for any outside maintenance or gardening.
There is no subletting (mandatory per Government regulation, due to a City Ordinance Occupancy permit)
Ceiling fans, large bright rooms and tall ceilings make this house energy efficient. You receive via Postal Mail electricity and gas original monthly paper bills. Utilities' total will be added to monthly rent so there is no need for you to registry utilities, pay registration fees for setting up services under your name, etc. One month rent deposit is required.
House is maintenance free. Just adjust the temperature for proper lower consumption of energy. That is all. Everything else runs automatic.
Application process requires your parents to pre-approve the leasing contract and to be involved during the review of the leasing contract. In consideration with other teams interested on leasing the house, the house will be shown only to the "entire" team who is signing the contract. By the "entire" team, it means roommates who are actually living at the house need to be present during the showing date of the house.
