House is within walking distance to theaters, COCA performances, Symphony Hall, numerous coffee/breakfast/dining restaurants. There is no need to drive while living in this house.
Monthly rent is $1,800/month plus gas, electric and sewer utilities based on “actual” usage. Regarding utilities, the actual consumption cost will be added to the monthly rent. There is no need to register utilities or pay setup fees in your name, as services will remain active. Internet is separate. You received original monthly paper bills via USPS Postal Service directly to the house. Utilities' total will be added to monthly rent. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.
Tenants are not responsible for any outside maintenance or gardening. I pay for all outside maintenance, water, trash, recycling, and all related municipality and neighborhood fees.
There is no subletting (mandatory per Government regulation, due to a City Ordinance Occupancy permit)
Ceiling fans, large bright rooms and tall ceilings make this house energy efficient.
House is maintenance free. Just adjust the temperature for proper lower consumption of energy. That is all. Everything else runs automatic.
Application process requires your parents to pre-approve the leasing contract and to be involved during the review of the leasing agreement. In consideration of other parties interested in leasing the house, the property will be shown to the full group signing the contract. This means all roommates who will be living at the house need to be present during the showing.
