Great place to live!

Recently moved in and have loved living here so far! It's in a much safer (so far) area then where I used to live, the apartments are extremely comfortable, and management has always been quick to respond whenever I email with questions. 100% recommend!

Grand Flats is in an amazing location in St. Louis and the apartment is really clean and quiet! The amenities are also really great and the property manager, KiNikki, is kind and helpful! I really love it here!

Excellent Manager, Seamless Process

I reached out KiNikki in need of a rental in a very short time span. We are talking within a day. She is amazing and resourceful. She was able to accommodate all of my request and she worked diligently to complete everything and provide me with adequate resources to move in within one day. I have never experienced this level of customer service, timeliness and speed. Whatever questions I had she had all of the answers. Oh, and the best part is all of this was completed while I lived in another... state!! I hadn’t seen my unit yet, but when I arrived the next day it was everything the pictures and description had shown. It was perfect. KiNikki made a stressful situation for me seamless and she deserves all of the recognition. I can’t thank her enough! The South Grand Flats are great! You get your packages very easily, it’s a quiet property with lots of cute pups with their owners, lounge areas and work areas, 24/7 coffee bar, snack bar, I utilize the gym frequently. I’ve tried restaurants in the area and they are delicious. The parking situation is pretty good too. If you’re looking for a short-term or long-term place, check this place out first!
