Graduate student Apartment

I am looking for a roommate to live in one bedroom in the summer. My apartment has a living room, a dinning room, a bathroom and a kitchen. There is in-unit washer and dryer. There is street parking and parking for the apartment. The heating ranges... from $30 to $147 per month with higher cost in the winter, and the electricity is from $27 to 130 per month with high cost in the summer. I like a quiet environment in my apartment, and cleaning is flexible. We can clean every week, or less regularly if we have a busier schedule. Your bedroom will have a desk and a lamp (there is also ceiling light), but you have to get your own mattress. The apartment is near Delmar Loop and around 20 mins walk to campus.
