Your Space: You will have your own room with a large window, a closet, AC unit, space heater, and furnishings (bed, dresser, and desk which you can replace with your own furniture if preferred. The room is on the second floor overlooking the neighborhood street.

House Amenities: The house features hardwood floors, a washer and dryer, two refrigerators, a fully-stocked kitchen, and central heating/AC. You would share a bathroom with one other housemate. Spaces shared between all housemates include the kitchen, dining room, reading/TV room, garage, small garden, and backyard patio. Street parking is widely available.

Location: The house is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood near Dogtown and Maplewood. There are coffeeshops, breweries, two bus stops, and two grocery stores within walking distance. WashU Danforth campus is a 10-minute bike ride and WashU Medical campus is a 20-minute bike ride from the house through Forest Park.

Community: We are an easy-going household with occasional house dinners or boardgame nights. Your housemates would be two graduate students and one working professional their mid-twenties to thirties. We are a smoke-free and cat or dog friendly household (please contact for more info if you are looking to bring a pet). Occasional overnight guests no more than 5 days in a row allowed. Our neighbors are friendly and have lent a helping hand with outdoor maintenance from time to time. The landlord is a responsive and personable WashU grad.
