Campus walkable, clean unit, friendly environment, lots of plants

Our building is a 4 unit apartment, each unit with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We have a grass yard out front and a black top in back with two parking spaces per unit. Our unit has a kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining room and living room with a TV.... We will likely keep most of the furniture we already have in the common spaces, but you may need to furnish your bedroom. The building is nice and well kept and we keep a pretty clean unit. We take turns cleaning the bathroom every couple weeks, as well as being consistent with dishes and wiping down dirty surfaces.
