I've been living here for a while, and there are some errors.
1. They cheaped out on the doors.
- You can hear everything your neighbors do through the doors. The walls are thick between apartments which is great, but the doors are a significant flaw.
2. To access parking, you have to use an ally way.
- A narrow ally way is provided for parking, and there is usually something blocking one of the exits. Lately, there has been a lot of trash stacked on the fence lining the narrow ally or some... people just decide to park in the very middle of the ally because they can.
3. The garage is really hard to park in because it is also very narrow.. get a smart car
- I have to make a 3 point turn to get out of the garage because of the garage is so narrow
4. The gym is extremely small
- But the Pro is no one uses it!
5. I can't open my freezer more than 2 in because it is right next to the wall and there is a large ice/water door dispenser.
Despite these flaws, I do love living here. The layout of my apartment is perfect and the finishes look very nice. The management is friendly and does all they can to help out the residents when problems arise.
