We have lived here for 2 years and it has been the worst experience of my life living here. Everytime I walk in the lobby it smells horrible there is always poop in the parking lots and they say that their cameras work but they do t use them. There is a HUGE roach infestation throughout the building and there is always dog pee in the elevators. There is no type of security is any of these buildings and someone got shot in the lobby there is days tht the whole building goes wit NO HOT... WATER!!!!!!! And any complaints your have will be ignored by any of the staff. They will tow your car for no reason at all. And there is NO FREE PARKING!!!!! They make u pay 85 dollars to park in a parking lot that is not safe and your car will most likely get broken into considering the area that it’s in. Once we leave we will never look back!!!!!!!

The apartment building constantly reeks of marijuana, packages getting stolen, and is constantly roach infested. I was promised a month of half off rent when I signed my lease renewal but it never happened! I’m also getting charged a tenant liability fee every month despite the fact that I have renter’s insurance and have uploaded proof to their system! I’ve made appointments to speak with the manager and when I show up she’s never there. I even made an appointment to speak with the district... manager but when I arrived I was told it was with he apartment manager and that I must’ve misunderstood. I did not. I even had a witness with me at the time the appointment was made and this same individual was with me when I went to the appointment. I even left a voicemail for the district manager to call me, which she did, but as I was at work I was unable to answer the call and she did not leave me any return call information, just stating, “I will check back later.”. Later never happened.
Communication here is extremely poor when trying to get something accomplished and it’s frustrating.
