The Apartment Referral Service (ARS) provides resources and information on budgeting, how/when to search, safety/security considerations and Landlord/Tenant Rights. To help navigate through the city and getting acclaimated with your new apartment, ARS provides the following sources of information: transportation schedules, and utility set-up

ARS offers an easy to use listing of apartment units for rent. This listing includes university and privately owned apartments.
